Our polyaspartic and epoxy systems are built to last 15-25+ years when properly maintained. The key is thorough diamond grinding of the concrete substrate before application, which we always perform as part of our process.
Most residential garage and floor projects are completed in 1-2 days. With our polyaspartic topcoat system, you can walk on the floor within 24 hours and drive on it within 48-72 hours. We minimize your downtime as much as possible.
In most cases, yes. We assess the concrete condition during your free on-site estimate. We can work with cracked, stained, or previously coated concrete. Minor cracks are filled as part of our prep process. Severely damaged slabs may need repairs first, which we’ll discuss with you upfront.
Standard epoxy can be slick when wet, which is why we add a broadcast aggregate (vinyl flakes, quartz, or anti-slip sand) to all of our floor systems. This provides excellent grip even in wet conditions, making it safe for garages, kitchens, and commercial spaces.
Yes. We stand behind our craftsmanship. If there is any delamination or coating failure due to our application within the first year, we will return and remedy it at no charge. Our warranty covers workmanship defects — not damage caused by heavy impact, flooding, or improper maintenance.
