Liquid Illusions warrants that our epoxy/polyaspartic coating installations will be free from defects in workmanship, including:
* Industry Standard Variance: For all flake, quartz, and decorative coating systems, minor cosmetic imperfections, slight texture variations, isolated pinholes, or small blemishes may occur and are considered normal within industry standards. Warranty coverage applies only to material or installation failures affecting more than approximately 3% of the finished coated surface after full installation and cure.

To preserve and maintain your workmanship warranty coverage, customers must strictly adhere to the following:
Allow all coatings to cure fully according to our instructions before subjecting the surface to foot or vehicle loads.
Follow recommended cleaning and maintenance procedures (avoid vinegar/abrasive scrub pads).
Avoid chemical pooling, mechanical dragging, or heavy sharp drop abuse over the coated surface.
Any warranty claim must be submitted in writing with photos of the affected area. Liquid Illusions reserves the right to inspect the floor before determining warranty eligibility.
If determined to be a covered defect, Liquid Illusions will repair or recoat the affected area at no additional labor cost.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the concrete coating installation.
Liquid Illusions’ liability is limited solely to repair or replacement of defective coated areas. We are not liable for incidental, structural, or secondary damages resulting from surface failures.
Note: Coverage begins strictly on the date of installation completion.
